This is now my second time coming here for breakfast and both times were excellent. This may be the best restaurant in Oil City, everything I've had here has tasted fantastic and the small, cozy feel inside is perfect. Aside from breakfast, my go-to order is the steak and cheese hoagie which is by far the best hoagie I've ever had time and time again. Amazing restaurant - Tyler V.

We've been to this wonderful place a few times. YES! We like it!!! The very best item u can order is their to die fir lasagna!!! When this heaping thing comes out to you.. you'd better be hunger. It. Ones with toast bread or garlic bread. Yum. But I found that the "ragu ". Is just so delicious! We pour it in the lasagna and dip the bread in it. And, "Oh, what heaven! The sauce is just sauce, mild and flavorful. Not overly done with spices. And there is no meat in it. Or no veggies. The lasagna has tons of cz, riggota cz and tons of meat!!! Noodles are homemade! Go hungry! Leave full. It's a great dinner for 11.00 each!!! Not bad! $ - Robin in pa!

This seems to be a hidden gem in Oil City, PA. Wife wanted a short trip, left it up to me. I took her to Franklin, then to Oil City where we found the Villa Italia. I had home made calamari for $4.75! It was delicious! Their fried haddock with french fries was excellent. The batter on the fish was light. My wife got broasted chicken; she loved it. Even took some home, so nice was serving! Their soups are homemade and terrific. My wife raved about the milkshake that she took home. We will be returning to this eatery in the near future. Lots of fried apps, pastas, subs, French bread pizzas, pies and cakes. Getting the Corn nuggets with whipped butter is an absolute must. And getting fries or green beans or cauliflower or whatever must be dipped into the AMAZING Villa ranch. The shakes are great with good texture and flavors. Definitely some of the best food in Oil City. They do a nice breakfast too if you get there early enough. Would recommend the French toast made on their fresh bread. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat eaters. - Danni W.

Every time we are home visiting we have to stop at three places: the Villa for a deluxe sub, Clark's donuts, and Two Cousins pizza/Leonardo's. They don't take debit or credit cards. Cash or local checks only so be prepared. It's worth a stop for the subs and their shakes are pretty tasty too - Stephanie S.

Wonderful friendly staff, we frequent here maybe a couple times per month. Everything that we have ordered here was outstanding. A must eatery if your in the area. Most of the dishes are home made, including home made bread. I love this place. The employees are running it since the establisher's passing 3 years ago a d they're doing a great job. I've ordered a different dish every time and have never been disappointed. - Ralph M.
